Meet Crislenny!

Crislenny is an Allied Healthcare Recruiter and has been with CoreMedical Group for just over 7 years with a break in between. During her break, she moved to Colorado, where she currently lives, in search of adventure and furthering her education. Talking with and getting to know people is one of her greatest passions in life, and her love of relationship building is one of her biggest motivators being a recruiter. Crislenny’s approach to recruiting is to help “find you the gold."

By knowing what candidates’ priorities are when it comes to location, salary, flexibility, etc., she can help them find the right job that aligns best with those priorities. She likes to work closely with her candidates and our Account Executives to make sure candidates are getting what they need and finding a job they will succeed in. “It really is such a team effort,” she says about the process. Her candidates’ success and comfort are her top priorities, and she shows it.

She loves to be super involved in the process of finding candidates their ideal assignments and cheers them on throughout it, too. She says, “from the beginning of the process to the end and beyond! I am here as often or as little as needed. I truly want to make sure all is well and be easily accessible as their point of contact if needs arise.” Being an ally, a resource, and a friend to lean on, Crislenny loves “getting to know those I work with and coming alongside them on their journeys!”

In fact, some of her favorite memories from working with CoreMedical Group come from meeting travelers she’s helped place on assignments.

“What a time to be alive! One (or a few) of my favorite memories has been meeting travelers in person and staying in touch with my fellow desk mates internally. Funny enough, one girl who stopped travelling reached back out around the time I started again with [CoreMedical Group]. It felt like a re-kindling of a friendship! It's been sweet to reconnect.”

Her ability to create such strong relationships and be a cheerleader is what makes Crislenny so incredible at her job and an amazing teammate to have by your side. She will always vouch for her candidates whether it’s their first assignment or they have been traveling for years. Her genuine love of people and building connections is what helps her excel in her role. Her motto for recruiting? To the tune of “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” by Randy Newman, “you got a friend and recruiter in me!”
