The maximum referral bonus amounts by position are:

RN, PT, OT, SLP, PA, NP  - $1,000

LPN, PTA, COTA - $500

Terms and Conditions:

New Candidate: The referred candidate must be a new candidate for CoreMedical Group, defined as someone not already in our database, or someone who has not been on assignment with CoreMedical Group within the past 12 months.

Assignment Commencement: The referred candidate must begin an assignment within one year of their application or the date they were reactivated as a candidate via referral.

Completion Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete their assignment to be eligible for any referral bonus. Assignments must be a minimum of 13 weeks in length to quality for maximum amount listed above. Eligible referral bonuses may be pro-rated for assignments for less than 13 weeks.

Referral Priority: In cases where a new candidate is referred by multiple sources, the referral will be credited to the first source that submits the referral in our system, provided two-way communication is successfully established within 4 days of the initial referral submission. If two-way communication is not established within 4 days, the referral will be credited to the first subsequent source that results in successful two-way communication.

Mutual Referrals: If two new candidates apply simultaneously and refer each other, only one referral bonus will be paid. The bonus will either be awarded to the candidate who made the initial contact with CoreMedical Group or can be split between the 2 candidates.

Permanent Placement Referrals: Referral bonus will be paid for Referred candidates who accept a permanent placement role through CoreMedical Group and subsequently work 100 days in the new role.

Payment: If you quality to receive a referral bonus, the payment will be processed and paid out on the next billing cycle following the successful completion of the referee’s assignment. The value of the bonus will be reported on the applicable IRS form (W-2 or 1099). If you have worked on an assignment during the current calendar year, you will receive payment automatically through direct deposit/payroll. Otherwise you will be required to complete a W-9 form and receive payment through check.
