Jo Newell
Chief Financial Officer

Jo Newell is responsible for the
company’s finance and accounting
management.
She has over 25 years experience in
financial planning and analysis
management, with controllership roles
including extensive M&A and divestiture
experience with Hewlett Packard/Agilent
Technologies. Jo holds an MBA in Finance
from the University of Pennsylvania,
Wharton School of Business, and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer
Science from SUNY Stony Brook.

Gavin Megnauth
Chief Information Officer

Gavin is responsible for the company’s
technology strategy.
He has over 20 years C-Suite experience
in the staffing sector with previous
experience at Randstad and
Impellam Group.
He has also been a Technology advisor
to the United Nations
and a founder and advisor
to several tech startups.
Gavin holds Global MBA which
included residency at MIT,
the University of Southern California
and London Business School.

Laura Magner

Chief Operating Officer

Laura Magner has nearly three decades
of staffing industry experience,
with twenty of those dedicated
to healthcare staffing.
Laura has been nationally recognized
for her work and has been named to the
2022 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list,  
as well as the 2021 Top 100
Leaders in Staffing.
As the Chief Operations Officer,
Laura oversees operations, strategy,
and growth.
