Meet Andrew Hoenig

One of the people making dreams come true every day is Andrew Hoenig, an Account Executive based out of our Manchester, NH office.
Since joining CoreMedical Group in April 2022, Andrew has brought an optimistic, people-first energy to his role that makes him a favorite among clinicians and clients alike. Whether he's in the office collaborating with his team, or out in nature hiking, kayaking, or exploring a new beach, Andrew brings a sense of curiosity and care to everything he does.
His favorite thing about the job? “The best thing about working [here] is the impact you have on people’s lives,” he says. “Creating a positive change for the clinicians I work with is important to me.” Bringing the right people to the right opportunities is what drives Andrew and his knack for doing so allows him to soar in his role.

As an Account Executive, Andrew’s day is filled with relationship-building and problem-solving. From strategizing with clients to aligning clinicians with the job opportunity they're looking for, he’s constantly working to ensure both sides of the placement process are supported.
“Being an AE lets me really get to know the client—their culture, team dynamics, and what success actually looks like in their eyes,” he explains. “That insight lets me guide our recruiting team more effectively, and ultimately match clinicians to roles where they’ll thrive.”
His approach is consultative from the start: every placement begins with a deep discovery conversation to understand the role beyond the job title. From there, Andrew keeps communication flowing—sharing market trends, candidate feedback, and adjusting course when needed.
“It’s not just about making a placement. It’s about building trust with our clients and delivering value every step of the way.”
When it comes to making that job placement for a clinician, Andrew knows it’s not just about credentials, it’s about goals, lifestyle, and happiness. “We all deserve to enjoy what we do,” he explains. “My goal is always to listen to the clinician and find the best opportunity that matches up with not only their career goals but their personal life too.”
And that support doesn’t end once a job is accepted. Andrew stays in close contact with his recruits, from contract start to finish to make sure they’re thriving both professionally and personally. “I’m very involved in helping them select a job and presenting options to them,” he says. “I’m always around after they’ve found a job.”
One of Andrew’s favorite memories at CoreMedical Group speaks volumes about his approach. “I worked with a clinician recently and matched her with a role in pediatric oncology,” he recalls. “She had always wanted to work with children, and when she got the job, it was like a dream come true. That kind of moment makes all the hard work worth it.”
Andrew also appreciates the realistic side of job hunting and career planning. “I enjoy the day-to-day challenge of finding someone their next great opportunity,” he says. “But I also understand how overwhelming the process can be. That’s why I believe in always asking questions—to better support my clinicians and be the recruiter they deserve.”
