Our Sales Dev team processes every candidate profile that comes through our doors. Thanks to an in-depth automation system, the team can triage and automatically assign candidates to the perfect division and recruiter based on their profile. For example, when CoreMedical Group is notified that a Home Health RN is looking for a job, that RN will be automatically filtered to the dedicated Home Health team and matched with a recruiter.
“With automation, we can streamline our processes, reduce candidates going unnoticed, contact them faster, and give our recruiters more information to work with as we get information directly from the candidates,” explained Nicole Richard, the supervisor of the Sales Dev team and one of the architects of the automation process.
What are the benefits for the candidates themselves?
With this automation set in place, the team is able to send specialized messages to candidates based on their placement and what kind of job they're working. Communication is fast, accurate, and personalized to the candidate.
This new automation also allows the team to alert candidates to renew their licenses. Each candidate's license expiration date is logged in our data system and when they are within 30 days of that date, they get personalized automated messages reminding them to renew. They keep receiving renewal reminders until they are within 7 days of their license expiration date, or they renew.
