We’re looking for an experienced IT professional to support our office staff with all of their technology needs. **As a Network Administrator you will support our staff with all of their information technology needs and make sure our office runs smoothly! ** **You're Good At:** - Problem solving on the fly - you'll be responsible for responding to IT Help Desk tickets  - Customer service and building relationships. You'll work with internal employees and external vendors on a daily basis to provide help and training. - Rolling up your sleeves to assemble new hardware, install software, and work on network infrastructure **Your Daily Tasks:** - Manage the IT Help Desk support process to ensure issues with computer, phone, and application technical support are resolved quickly - Support software development and testing of software enhancements, changes, or upgrades to software qualify - Maintain network infrastructure including servers, workstations, printers, switches, routers, patch panels, UPS system, phone system, backup devices, and other areas as necessary - Assemble new computer hardware, install software as requested, connect computers to corporate network and manage inventory of all company computer assets - Responsible for end user training on network and computer usage - Maintain and build rapport with outside vendors to support company needs  Core is a company that values transparency, growth, and fun.
