CoreMedical Group is looking for a Compliance Specialist with a focus on Background Screenings to join our Quality Assurance team to ensure healthcare professionals are ready to begin their new jobs.
You should be extremely organized as you are responsible for coordination, tracking, and assessment of background screenings. This could include background checks, employment, and education verification services.
You’re Good At:
- Coordinating and organizing records and documentation
- Critically thinking to review background checks and ensure they meet various company requirements
- Communicating with colleagues in the office and at outside vendors
Your Daily Tasks:
- Conduct background checks on potential and current employees
- Analyze background check results to ensure a fit between client requirements and candidate background
- Track all pending background screens to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to background checks
- Communicate with hiring teams to provide background check details and statuses
