For any situations where you are required to complete an employment or income verification, our new process will work as follows:

3. 1. Direct your lender, or person completing the verification, to visit our Truework.com site. Lenders are familiar with platforms like Truework.

5. 2. Once the request has been made by the vendor, you will receive an email from Truework with our company logo, prompting you to review the information that will be released.
   • A signed release will be required from your lender. Your lender will be able to easily upload the document on Truework’s platform as part of the request.
6. 3. You'll now have the option to review your personal information, and options to complete or deny the request, or have HR review the data if it appears incorrect.

If you need a verification of employment (no income data), you may access this information directly by following these steps:

1. Visit the website: https://my.coremedicalgroup.com 

2. Enter your e-mail address (you will need to use the e-mail address you provided to CoreMedical Group during employment) and click "Send me an access key."

3. You will receive a personalized access key in your e-mail which you will enter to gain access to your personal page.

4. Upon entering your personal page, you will have the option to view "My Employment History" within the Human Resources section of the page.

5. You will then have the option to request an e-mailed copy of your verification of employment.
