Talent Acquisition Specialist

CoreMedical Group is looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional who is ready to help grow one of the country's largest healthcare staffing organizations. 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you should have a keen eye for finding great talent to join our corporate office team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members. 

You’re Good At:

• Effectively searching for potential candidates for open positions, matching their skill sets with our open needs.
• Conducting phone screens and interviews to ensure our candidates have a positive experience when applying to our jobs. 
• Staying organized - you'll have a lot of open jobs and candidates to keep track of on a regular basis. 

Your Daily Tasks:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for corporate office positions. 
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers in the organization. 
• Maintaining accurate records of all applications, candidates, and notes in our talent management system.
