CoreMedical Group is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. We’re looking for an individual who will be responsible for processing weekly and biweekly payroll for all internal employees.

As a Payroll Coordinator your attention to detail and organization will help us ensure that all payroll is processed correctly.

What You’ll Do as a Payroll Coordinator:

Take full responsibility of processing weekly/biweekly payroll for all internal employees
Streamline payroll processes by working closely with the Payroll Manager
Communicate with internal employees on all payroll questions or issues
Handle year end processing for internal employees
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal teams on special projects
Work with a fun, inspiring team of individuals in Manchester, NH

What We Look For In A Payroll Coordinator:

Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
General understanding of payroll processing, laws, and regulations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet processing deadlines
