CoreMedical Group is looking for an experienced admin professional who is ready to make a difference for healthcare professionals by assisting in our Quality Assurance division.
As a Credentialing Specialist you should be ready to step into the world of travel healthcare documentation with confidence. You'll help our travel nurses and travel therapists before they begin their assignments by making sure they're meeting all of their new employer's credentialing requirements. You'll work closely with our candidates to review and update existing certifications, arrange background screenings, and set up any medical testing necessary to get our travelers on the road again!
You’re Good At:
- Chatting with travel nurses and therapists about everything they need to begin an assignment - Documentation, medical services, and additional testing included
- Managing multiple priorities and staying organized – Lots of candidates with 13-week travel healthcare contracts means lots of digital paperwork
- Navigating web portals and databases – Online administrative experience is essential for documenting and tracking our agreements
- Customer service – You know how to guide people through different processes in a pleasant and productive way
Your Daily Tasks:
- Lots of logistics. You'll be coordinating background screenings, drug testing, and other services on behalf of our travelers
- Reviewing and processing all the confirmations and documentation that comes with the above services for our healthcare candidate and clients
- Preparing employment packets for new travelers via electronic documents and client web portals
- Providing general customer support to our candidates along with our sales teams
