Contract & Sales Support Administrator

CoreMedical Group is  looking for an administrative professional with 3 - 5 years of experience to support the contracts and sales divisions as part of a growing staffing company. 

As a Contracts and Sales Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for tracking signed contracts and other important documentation needed for healthcare professionals who are starting new jobs. You'll also be in charge of creating weekly and monthly reports for the sales teams. 

You’re Good At:

  • Customer Service and Communication - whether it's working closely with a colleague in another division or speaking directly with a healthcare professional who was recently hired, you'll need top notch customer service skills
  • Keeping track of processes and procedures to make sure nothing slips through the cracks in a busy work environment
  • Analyzing and reporting on sales data and information that's requested of you

Your Daily Tasks:

  • Tracking all contracts and other important paperwork, while following up as necessary with job candidates
  • Collecting and sending first day information to healthcare professionals starting new jobs
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports for the sales divisions
  • Assisting job candidates, the contracts team, and sales divisions with administrative tasks
