CoreMedical Group is looking for an experienced admin professional who is ready to make a difference for healthcare professionals by joining our Quality Assurance and Sales Operations team.
As an Compliance Specialist you’ll support our healthcare providers and facilities by ensuring that their compliance requirements like clinical screenings, background checks, and credentials, are up to date and accurate.
You’re Good At:
- Keeping track of details - your strong administrative experience will serve you well as you stay on top of many different employees and their credentials
- Managing multiple priorities and staying organized – As one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in the country, you’ll be responsible for many different tasks on a weekly basis
- Customer service - you're comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals to guide them through the compliance process
- Microsoft Office and other software - You'll use the full Office suite, as well as a wide range of web portals and tools to track your projects daily
Your Daily Tasks:
- Coordination, tracking and review of all required clinical services for healthcare professionals placed in upcoming assignments.
- Coordination, tracking and review of all required background check and verification services for healthcare professionals placed in upcoming assignments.
- Tracking, maintenance and follow up of all required credentials per CMG policy for active healthcare professionals on assignment.
- Complying with all Client requests regarding the maintenance of healthcare provider credentials.
- Assist in maintaining and completing tracking lists and projects as needed by the department.
- Tracking and follow up of applicable vaccine status and records, seasonally and in accordance with client, state and federal requirements for active healthcare professionals on assignment
- Cross training as necessary to provide sufficient knowledge of other tasks and duties that will permit sufficient back-up coverage as needed to ensure efficient and effective support during team members absences.
