CoreMedical Group is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. We’re looking for an individual who will be responsible for processing weekly and biweekly payroll for our healthcare professionals across the country.
As a Payroll Coordinator your attention to detail and organization will help us ensure that all payroll is processed correctly.
You’re Good At:
Processing payroll documents quickly and efficiently to hit deadlines each week
Working with people to answer questions and resolve issues
Staying organized to ensure paperwork, reimbursements, and requests are all tracked correctly
Assisting with administrative tasks to support the payroll team
Your Daily Tasks:
Triage payroll documents received for medical professionals
Follow up on missing paperwork for medical professionals to ensure complete payroll files
Process weekly reimbursements
Assist with payroll audit prior to processing
Update all required reporting and systems to ensure payroll is processed correctly

Compensation: Depending on previous experience.
$18.00-$20.00/hour
