CoreMedical Group is looking for a Recruiter who is ready to make a difference for healthcare professionals by matching them with their ideal jobs in school districts across the country.
We are looking for experienced recruiters who have staffed school district openings for positions including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. As a recruiter, you will be placing contract and travel professionals in school district jobs across the country. You should be driven to create relationships with our healthcare professionals and assist in their placement every step of the way.
You’re Good At:

Your Daily Tasks:
Build relationships with healthcare professionals
Uncover your candidate’s goals and wishes for their next move
Match healthcare candidates with travel and contract jobs in school districts
Ensure candidates match school district specific requirements and experience
Coach candidates through the job search and interview process
Use your competitive nature to hit sales and revenue goals
This role requires sales or recruiting experience for schools. We are looking to help experienced professionals grow in their careers.
