Don’t

Qualifying Dates are
12/1/07 – 1/31/09. Credit is only given for
assignments or placed referrals that happen during
this time.

Credit will be
pro-rated for assignments shorter/longer than 13
weeks, however No points will be given for
assignments or a referral assignment that are voluntarily terminated or
terminated for cause.

Travel teams must have shared housing
arrangements for at least one 13 week assignment
during the 2009 qualification period and
at least one traveler must have earned 4 points.

The guest's All
Inclusive package cost includes round trip
domestic airfare (additional charge may
apply from AK and HI) from where guest lives plus 5
days land and transfer vacation. Guest Land +
Transfer Only package does not include airfare.

CMG will not be
responsible for any additional fees directly charged
by the airline carrier.

Each traveler
qualifying for the trip is eligible to utilize one
guestroom and my not purchase additional rooms.

each qualified traveler no later than 12/31/08.
