Matching 401K

• Eligibility: After 90 days of employment and the first of the following month
• Enrollment Periods: You may enroll during any pay period as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.
• Matching: $0.50 to the dollar with at least a 3% contribution with a max match at a 6% contribution.
• Vesting Schedule: 25% at one (1) of year of service, 50% at two (2), 75% at three (3) and 100% at four (4) (Years of service prior to the effective date of the plan 1-1-2001 is excluded.)
