Armand L. Circharo, Jr.
President and CEO

Mr. Circharo possess over 18 years of success in the staffing industry, the last twelve years in healthcare with a consistent record of out-performing healthcare industry annual growth rates. In 1995, Mr. Circharo moved from Director of Contract IT Staffing to Vice President of CoreMedical Group in order to turn around an under-performing division. In 1999, as President of Circharo Acquisition Group, he successfully participated with Mr. McLaughlin in the negotiated purchase of CoreMedical Group from Fluor Corp, its parent company. He has collectively over 25 years of domestic and international management, including sales, marketing and general management in direct and indirect sales channels. Mr. Circharo is a graduate of New York University, with a degree in Business Management.

Monique J. Ricker
Vice President, Sales

Ms. Ricker has over 19 years of personal growth and increasing responsibility within the staffing industry, which includes Account Development, Recruiting, Sales Management and Staff Development and Training. Ms. Ricker has been involved in two staffing start-ups, including her role as founding employee of CoreMedical Group, under the corporate umbrella of Consol Group. In 1999, after her involvement in the reacquisition of CoreMedical Group, she became Vice President of Sales, with the responsibility for all sales operations and additional responsibility for areas of accounts receivable, commission plan development, hiring, training and sales forecasting and budgeting. Ms. Ricker is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business Management.

Greg P. Henrichon
Vice President, Permanent Placement Division

Mr. Henrichon started his career in executive recruitment in 1996 with the country's second largest contingency search firm. As the Vice President of Permanent Placement Services for CoreMedical Group, Mr. Henrichon has been and continues to be involved in all aspects of the division's development and growth since it's inception in April, 2001. The Permanent Placement Division specializes in positions for Registered Nurses (Staff, Managers, Directors, Executive Management), and Allied Health professionals. Mr. Henrichon is a graduate of the University of Colorado, with a degree in Business Administration.
