Q:	What is an HRA?
A:	An HRA allows an employer to set aside money to help the employee pay for their family’s health insurance, out-of-pocket medical expenses or any combination thereof. It allows employer to effectively shift much of the financial responsibility of health care expenses to their employees without significantly reducing their benefits or increasing their costs. (TOP)

Q:	What expenses are eligible under Core Medical Group’s HRA?
A:	CoreMedical Group will reimburse each HRA participant up to a total of $500 of eligible expenses per plan year.Eligible expenses include inpatient, day surgery, and high end radiological services. (TOP)

Q:	How do I get reimbursed for a claim?
A:	Employees submit reimbursement request form (provided by Infinisource) to Infinisource Employee must included required documentation to Infinisource for reimbursement. Claims will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of reimbursement request. (TOP)
