Q: What are the benefits of using CoreMedical Group’s Permanent Placement Division to find a position?
A: There are many reasons why top healthcare professionals utilize our services to find positions. Since we work with most major hospitals and healthcare facilities, we are able to conduct a very specific search tailored to each candidate. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by performing the role of a Career Coach. We will assist you with your resume and interview skills. We will give you a detailed job description and answer any questions you may have prior to the interview. Additional advantages include, timely feedback, salary negotiation and serving as a liaison between the client and you throughout the interview process. (TOP)

Q: What Positions does the Permanent Placement Division recruit for?
A: Our Permanent Placement Division specializes in positions for Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals (Radiology, Rehab & Pharmacy). We recruit for all levels including Staff, Supervisors, as well as Directors & Executive Management in a variety of healthcare settings (Acute, Sub Acute, Inpatient, Outpatient, LTC, Clinics, Medical Device Companies). (TOP)

Q: What locations do you cover?
A: We provide placement nationwide and have access to positions in all 50 states. (TOP)

Q: Does your service cost money? How am I affected by your involvement?
A: Our service is FREE to the candidate. We have pre-negotiated contracts with hundreds of healthcare institutions nationwide. The client pays a small finder’s fee and your candidacy is not affected in any way. It’s a win-win, as you get your dream job and the client hires a great candidate which they would not have found on their own. (TOP)

Q: Can I work with multiple agencies?
A: Yes, you can work with multiple agencies, although we feel that it is in your best interest to work exclusively with CoreMed. If at any time you do not feel that you have received the best service in our industry, then you can fire us. However, give us a chance and we are certain that you will see why CoreMed is the country’s leading permanent placement agency. (TOP)

Q: How long has your Permanent Placement Division been in business?
A: The Permanent Placement Division was initiated in April of 2001. We have grown to be one of the largest Permanent Placement Divisions in the country. Our staff’s combined expertise in the healthcare industry makes us an invaluable resource for candidates and clients. (TOP)

Q: How can I be assured that you are acting in my best interest during negotiations?
A: As your agent, we work to make sure you are satisfied every step of the way. Since our fees are typically based on your negotiated salary, it's in our best interest to negotiate a top package for you. We are skilled at negotiations and know what drives our client’s pay scales. If you win, we win! (TOP)

Q: What if I don’t like the recruiter that I am working with?
A: On occasion a candidate might prefer to change the recruiter they are working with. This is acceptable and arrangements can be made to have you work with another CoreMed recruiter. (TOP)

Q: Can you represent me to a facility where I have already applied?
A: Typically, that depends on the time frame. If you have applied recently it might preclude us from being able to represent you to that facility. However, if it has been more than a year, then most institutions will allow us to submit your resume. We encourage you to not apply directly to clients when working with CoreMed as we do not want to duplicate efforts. (TOP)

Q: Who pays for my benefits?
A: You receive benefits directly from the client where we place you. Our involvement is to identify, screen, prepare, negotiate, etc. Once you accept a position, you will then work directly for that institution as any other perm employee. (TOP)
