Hundreds of calls will be made on the client’s behalf. No stone goes unturned. We reach out to many sources. We search through our huge database of candidates. We develop and call professional referralsources to match your need. - Thorough screening and interview process:
An initial screen followed by a thorough interview is conducted with every applicant prior to their being considered for submission any positions. - Skill Inventory:
An extensive & comprehensive skill inventory is taken from each professional. The assessment of all skill inventories is validated during the reference process for accuracy. - Reference checks:
CoreMedical Group utilizes an abbreviated 360° review process, utilizing two current professional peer and one managerial reference. Where applicable, supervisory employees will also provide references from subordinates for verification. (TOC) |

Via our internal database which has tens of thousands of passive and active job seekers. We also advertise in many healthcare magazines as well as online and we target recruit by posting our many jobs on multiple job sites including niche healthcare sites. (TOC) |

What is your turn around time to find candidates? |

The length depends on several factors, including the level of position. We do not guarantee a specific time frame. It could be as quickly are 48 hours or as long as 3 months. Most importantly however, we will keep you informed throughout the process. (TOC) |
