Don’t forget to send us referrals all year long for trip credits + CASH!

  • Qualifying Dates: 12/1/2011 – 1/31/2013. Credit only given for assignments / placed referrals that begin during this time. Assignments must be full-time (min 36 hours per week). Perm candidates must meet permanent placement requirements.
  • Credit will be pro-rated for assignments shorter/longer than 13 weeks, however - No points given for assignments (or a referral’s assignment) that are voluntarily terminated or terminated for cause. Referral must work full 13-week assignment in order to receive referral point credit. CMG reserves the right to cancel/withdraw candidate's qualification at management discretion at anytime.
  • Travelers must complete a minimum of 95% of total contracted hours for all assignments awarded points.
  • Additional hours worked baseline will be calculated by multiplying the number of contract weeks by the number of hours scheduled to work per week.
  • Client/Job referral credit will only be awarded to referrals of a client/job not currently in CMG database and after at least one (1) successful thirteen (13) week assignment has been completed.
  • In order to receive Extension bonus, extension assignment must start with no time off between previous assignment.
  • The Guest’s ALL INCLUSIVE cost includes round trip domestic airfare (additional charge may apply from AK & HI) from where guest lives plus 5 days land and transfer costs. Guest LAND, TRANSFER package does not include airfare.
  • CMG will not be responsible for any additional fees directly charged by airline carrier.
  • Each traveler qualifying for the trip is eligible to utilize one guestroom and may not purchase additional rooms.
  • Guest fees will not be pro-rated. Guest fee schedule subject to change.
  • Full details, disclaimers and instructions will be supplied to each qualified traveler no later than 12/31/2011.
  • Please note Core Medical Group is required to comply with all IRS guidelines and regulations as they pertain to fringe benefits, cash and non-cash compensation.
